Existing construction leasing (land and existing building)

This rarely used real estate leasing application can be outlined as follows:

  • direct leasing (bipartite relationship; also: sale and lease back)
    • acquisition of the real estate (property or independent and lasting building rights) with existing construction (accession principle) by the lessor from the future lessee
  • indirect leasing (tripartite relationship)
    • acquisition of the real estate (property or independent and lasting building rights) with existing construction (accession principle) by the lessor from a third party

leasing

  • term usage or usage transfer and against payment
    • transfer of land and existing construction in current state or in developed state (future or intended state) to the lessee for use or right of use
